Welcome to Wise Way Counseling & Consulting, LLC! I am Tara Sorenson, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I specialize in helping individuals heal from addictions, acute stress from recent events, complex PTSD, job-related stress, anxiety, and depression using EMDR therapy. As an expert EMDR Certified Therapist, I have extensive experience working with first responders, including law enforcement, firefighters, and healthcare professionals, providing them with the tools to overcome their unique challenges.
