DBT Online

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidenced-based form of behavioral therapy developed by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D., ABPP. 

DBT Online Program offers individual therapy and online course to learn new skills and behaviors to create new life transformation.

Individual therapy will focus on enhancing individual’s motivation and applying skills to specific challenges and events in their lives. The online course will be once a week for 1.5 hours a week and will focus on DBT Skills including mindfulness skills, emotion regulation skills, distress tolerance skills, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Phone coaching is available to clients in the DBT Course program.

I participate in a DBT Consultation for therapists to stay within the framework of DBT and continue to provide cutting-edge speciality care.
